It just took Silver at the In-house Recruitment Live Innovation Showcase in Manchester, judged by 90 recruiters across SMEs and enterprises.
Safe Space Talent is a government-approved training provider specialising in apprenticeships. We built their custom MCP server, then deployed agents into WhatsApp to power an agentic-led, human networking and intelligent matching infrastructure across their network.
The Rafiki Talent MCP puts our bench of vetted specialists inside Claude, with ChatGPT, WhatsApp and Slack launching soon. Describe the role in plain language and search_talent returns a matched shortlist in seconds; pool_stats breaks the bench down by role and region. When it's time to pay, we pull Pay by Bank and stablecoin payment links straight into the chat through regulated providers: instant bank-to-bank across the UK and EU, and near-instant cross-border payments between us and LATAM, the EU, and South Africa.
