Who we are
We’re a team of independents who believe the way the working world is structured is outdated. The Future Of Work will be decentralised through fractional collaboration between independents in a task-based, skill-specific manner.
We’re challenging the norm and want to empower top independent talent to challenge it with us.
Why “Rafiki”?
If you've ever watched The Lion King (who hasn't?), you'll undoubtedly remember Rafiki, the charismatic and somewhat eccentric confidant to the king of the Pride Lands, Mufasa.
Rafiki uses his wisdom to guide those around him, most notably Simba, and nurtures the next generation along their path from adolescence into adulthood, and ultimately exceptional leaders of their prides. Similarly, we exist to support the next generation of talent in Africa.
The word "Rafiki" translates as "friend.
